Martha Stuart Williams, PhD

Martha is a seasoned healthcare executive, leadership coach, and purpose-driven guide who knows burnout—because she’s lived it.

Over the past two decades, Martha has led large-scale operations and transformation efforts across the healthcare industry, from startups to public and private equity-backed companies. She’s held executive roles including President, COO, Chief HR Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing $500M+ organizations and teams of over 16,000 people. Behind the impressive titles and big numbers, though, is a woman who learned—sometimes the hard way—how vital it is to care for your mind, body, and spirit.

After walking through her own season of deep burnout, Martha began shifting her focus to helping others reclaim their energy, purpose, and joy. She now coaches executives, high performing teams, and elite Div 1 student athletes, blending her background in leadership development, performance psychology, and cultural intelligence.

With a PhD in Leadership Development and a heart rooted in faith, Martha brings a rare mix of strategy, soul, and warmth to everything she does. She’s deeply passionate about creating spaces for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the life they’re meant to live.

At Rest & Restore, you’ll find a facilitator who keeps it real, leads with wisdom, and walks the journey right alongside you—with a whole lot of heart (and a little bit of humor, too).
